Your Legal Rights

As a customer purchasing online from the United Kingdom, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These rights are yours by law and nothing in this policy diminishes them.

Change of Mind — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you have reconsidered your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to cancel and return your purchase — no reason required. You then have a further 14 days to return the garment to us. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Return postage costs in this instance are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty or Incorrectly Described Goods

If your garment arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receipt. We will also cover the cost of return in these circumstances. Beyond 30 days but within six months of purchase, we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, a full refund will be issued.

Our 30-Day Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we extend a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If your garment does not meet the standard you expected, contact us within 30 days and we will resolve it — no lengthy process, no resistance.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, contact us at support@nightfoundry.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days with clear instructions for the next step.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described, in accordance with UK law.
